The Leadership of Andreas
At Crossroads, the buck stops with Andreas Gfesser — and customers wouldn’t have it any other way. As the founder and president, Andreas applies his more than 30 years of business experience — including nine years as CEO of a multinational furniture manufacturing company — to assure all our solutions exceed expectations for quality, design and service.
Andreas has an executive master’s degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Eureka College. He also holds specialized certification in relevant disciplines including leadership development, Lean and Six Sigma practices, and strategic planning.
